About MB Medical Business Solutions
MB was founded and operated by two Miami-based entrepreneurs who have both spent many years helping locally owned business create immense value for their community. Meredith Kallaher and Boo Zamek joined forces in May 2019 in response to demand from their healthcare industry clients in need of business solutions to grow their companies and expand their services and grow their customer bases.
MB is among the nation's leading companies in their field, offering marketing, operations, staffing and sourcing services.
Meredith Kallaher
Meredith Kallaher moved to Miami in 2012 and soon after purchased The Scout Guide Miami, a franchised publication featuring locally owned businesses, including medical practices. Guided by the principle that everything you need to live a well-curated life can be found within your own community, Meredith helped guide her clients ideal customers straight to their doors.
Meredith graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Accountancy, received her CPA and spent the first 6 years of career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC.
The combination of her experience: Big 6 accounting, small business ownership, and advertising for 100s of locally owned Miami businesses has created many happy medical clinic clients in recent years for whom she and Boo have implemented medical business solutions.

Boo (Province) Zamek
Boo Zamek is a Miami native and longtime entrepreneur.
After working in marketing for Northern Trust Bank and Kreps De Maria Public Relations, Boo launched her first business, JustAskBoo (JAB) in 2006. JAB began as a popular community bulletin publication and grew into a multi-faceted digital media company with multiple data and publishing platforms, including a subsidiary called Just Ask Domestic Help.
While publishing, Boo and her team built a loyal, highly engaged community of clients, colleagues readers spanning the health, wellness and medical industries. As these relationships grew and evolved, so did Boo's capacity to help them grow their businesses.
In 2019 Boo sold JAB's assets and joined Meredith in this new venture, geared toward providing a broader range of services to medical healthcare industry companies.
Boo is married with two daughters and lives in Palmetto Bay. She graduated from Texas Christian University in 1994. An insatiable philanthropist, Boo serves on the Baptist Health Foundation Corporate Philanthropy Committee and recently retired from a 10 year board position of Miami Bridge Youth & Family Services.
